Bonsoir ,

demain matin je serai en sortie récup 35km en VTT à Montalieux ,José vient en sortie route.

Ce matin parti sur le 35 km et finalement au ravito très copieux je continue sur le 50 km et 990 dénivelé , beaux circuits dans la caillasse , très belle organisation , José a fait le grand circuit route et Patricia le 85 .
